| How can I check if my order has been shipped? |

If you provide an e-mail address with your order, you will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped from the warehouse. This will include the carrier and the shipping tracking number. You can then go directly to www.usps.com to track your package. If you still have questions, you can email our customer service representatives. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours, or they can be reached Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST. Please have both your confirmation number and your shipping tracking number available. |
