  • Merchandise returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after ship date. 
  • Return authorization is required prior to returning any product.
  • Please email or call 478-741-5515 for return authorization. 
  • Returns for other than warranty issues will be subject to a 20 percent restocking charge. 
  • All returned merchandise must be in undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition. 
  • If damage occurs during shipping, please retain all packaging materials for a claim.
  • If we made a mistake on your order, we will issue a call tag and email it to you for your return shipment.
